Dorian’s eye is currently obscured by some upper level clouds – you’ll notice from my previous post of radar that it’s still there. Currently a strong catagory 2. 

The hurricane is moving nearly parallel to, but offshore of, the
east coast of Florida. A sustained wind of 42 mph (69 km/h) and a
wind gust of 60 mph (96 km/h) were recently reported at a weather
station in Melbourne Beach, Florida
